This building is located in Simpson Bay fishing village facing the famous beach of Simpson Bay, one of the longest and most beautiful beaches of St. Maarten. This beach is designed for long walks and beach runs. There are 3 different bars/restaurants on the way which is a great entertainment as well.
< p> Simpson Bay area is one of the most comfortable places to live in because everything is close by. You don't even need to own a car here. Everything is in a walking distance.< p> Because of all this, Simpson Bay is a great area to rent either short term or long term.< p> This building offers 3 different apartments. Two of them are 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The third one is 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Upper two apartments have a very spacious terrace that is facing the beach and is almost as large as the inside of the apartments. The ground floor 3 Br apartment does not have a terrace in front but it has a back terrace with a private pool.
