Location
Villa Ever Summer is located in the private gated community of Oyster Pond Estate, Dutch side of St. Maarten. This magnificent villa overlooks the bays, beaches, and mangroves of the Reserve Naturelle Francaise (French nature reserve).
Construction
This home has been constructed and designed by both an architect and an interior designer. Thus, making it a very unique villa from other. One can see the touch of the talented designer in different shapes along with the material used. The entire villa was built around the view of the Atlantic ocean and hills.
The View
From wherever one stands in the house you can enjoy the breathtaking view. The refrigerator is even positioned in a way that it will reflect the view. The master bedroom also allows for an enjoyable view directly from the room. An interesting feature along with the master bedroom is a beautiful outdoor shower that connects with the master bathroom. One can choose to take a shower privately outdoors (or inside) for a refreshing change of scenery.
The floor
An additional feature contributing to the atmosphere of the villa, is the style of the tiles. They were placed in a specific pattern creating a beautiful design called “tile rugs.” Also the outside columns were creatively decorated with mosaic pieces to reflect sun in a majestic manor. Wood is an additional material that was used to turn this villa into a piece of art. It creates interesting shades as the sun rises and shines through it.
Of course, in a villa like this, an art gallery cannot be missing. It is found under the main floor and with it includes a series of special lighting features.
Guest Room
The quest room, which is found under the main floor, has a separate entrance and bathroom which gives it the possibility to turn it into a rental space.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor has a separate driveway for two cars, terrace, garden, and an identical view as the top terrace. There is a large one bedroom apartment (1350 sq. ft) that can easily be included in the rest of the house or rented as a separate unit as well.
There is also a possibility to create another one bedroom apartment (750 sq. f)
The house has a garage for four cars and a lot of storage space.
