Villa Oceana is a perfect family house with 4 bedrooms. It has splendid views, a garden, a pool and the ever changing colors of the sky and sea in front of it.
< p> The kitchen is a beautiful and bright light blue color with a white quartz.Only the best materials have been used: the cabinetry is 100% plywood, and the doors are block board with an acrylic layer. The drawer rails and hinges are from BLUM, a high-end European brand that will never rust.The countertop is made of high end quartz, very strong, durable and stain-free.The appliances are Thermador and Bosch, both high-end, quality brands. There is a Bosch dishwasher and enormous Thermador build-in fridge.< p> The bathrooms have white porcelain sinks, toilets and bath. The cabinetry is 100% plywood with BLUM hinges and drawer rails. The upstairs shower has been replaced in 2014 with a high quality extra large showerhead; the down stairs shower is of the same quality.< p> Solar panels on the roof function as a water heater.There is also solar panel for the outdoor lights, that is providing electrical current via battery storage to these LED lights installed on the house. This way we have lights around the house all night long at no costs.< p> Every window has shutters; to protect the house and windows from hurricanes. The large sliding doors have aluminum shutters, the other windows have wooden shutters.< p> The windows in the building are PVC framed and the glass is 16 mm thick with a laminate inside. They are hurricane-proof and will not shatter on impact. The PVC on the outside of the building has an extra UV protective layer. Windows feature a turn and tilt system. This is a European system and has two great advantages. Firstly, they can be slightly opened for a breeze to come through but the rain will not blow inside.< p> Neighborhood:
< p> Situated in Pelican Key, the Dutch side of St. Maarten. This is a friendly, residential neighborhood with many families. In the mornings and evenings, many people walk their dogs or run, walk or bike. Villa Oceana has beach access within 5 minutes of walking. There is a friendly atmosphere within the neighborhood.< p>
The area is a 'cul-the-sac’ so it's relatively low in traffic, as only the residents and their guests drive here. It is centrally located, close to the airport and both bridges, but close to Philipsburg as well. The house is about one kilometer from the main road in Simpson Bay.
The views are magnificent from many places on the road, which always makes it a joy to come back home.
