While enjoying the tranquility of the terrace one will be amazed by the never ending beauty of the Caribbean ocean, stunning views of the neighboring island of St. Barths, and our very own St. Maarten hillside. Having such a magnificent view for sunrise is truly the perfect way to start a day in paradise.
Villa Sea Watch has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and is newly remodeled, inside and out. Each bedroom with their own balcony and fantastic view. You will find here a beautiful lush garden, plenty of private parking, and each room enjoys an ocean view. Privacy is provided by its tropical gardens that contain palm trees, fig trees and bougainvillea.
If you do feel like tearing yourself away from this luxurious villa for happy hour, gorgeous Dawn Beach, is just a short walk away. It’s the five-star Westin Resort and Casino's beach bar and seaside pool, lined with tall palm trees on both sides. Mr. Busby's Beach Bar and several other four star restaurants also nearby.
After a day at the beach, the peace and serenity of Villa Sea Watch is incredibly welcoming. Party or relax under the island sun and refresh yourself in the pool that is perched on the cliff's edge. The full service wet bar is right next to the patio for the utmost convenience. Make a frozen drink, turn on the stereo, sit on a lounge and simply relax.
Enjoy outdoor dining in an undeniably soothing ambiance. El fresco dining is easy to do with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen at hand. Grilling fresh seafood or steaks on the patio with the spectacular views all around can be the ideal evening after a day by the beach. The sound of a lively ocean and a summer breeze will surely creature a wonderful atmosphere. There is also a large formal dining room and sunny breakfast room, both of which overlook the sea, in case dining preferences should alter.
A magnificent way to end the night is by unwinding under the starlit sky; shooting stars are common from Villa Sea Watch's terrace.
