The villa is located 38 m (125 ft) abovesea level near the lagoon with breath-taking viewsto the sea, the lagoon and the mountains of Saint Martin.The private marina is a component of the plot. Yachts up to approx. 100 ft length have enough space for an optimal handling. Facilitiesthat can handlebigger yachts (up to 250 ft length)are located within 3 miles distance of the property.
The villa can be offered without the marina, as well.
A beachhouse made from cedar, with approx. 35 m² (376 sqft) ofliving space and a big terrace, is embedded withina tropical garden containingmany palms and plants, near to the private marina. The marina is completely protected against weather and wind (hurricane safe).
The villa consists of an ensemble of several bungalows, all air conditioned, 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms,approx. 300 m² (3229 sqft) living space, plus approx. 330 m² (3552 sqft) covered terraces and gazebos.
The main house of the villa has approx. 155 m² (1668 sqft) living space, several covered terraces, a gazebo, as well as a detailed terracewith a 16 m (53 ft) swimming pool and a further gazebo. There is more thanenough entertainment space for large parties. The main house consists of a salon, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry and storage space.From the salon and living room you enjoy breathtaking views to the lagoon, open sea and mountains at the east side, as well the tropical garden and pool at the west side.
The tropical garden around the estates is one of the most beautiful private gardens of St. Martin.Thereare 4 bedrooms in a further bungalow group, all with en-suitebath/toilet.
A further part of the estate is a bungalow, used by the former owner, with bedroom/office, bath, separate toilet, terrace with own pool. The basements haveutility and storage rooms.
